Week Calendar

Once a week during the summer months Miss Katie visits the kids at Miss Lesley's Daycare and Preschool for storytime and a craft.

Have a cup of coffee or tea, and enjoy a light breakfast while discussing the latest book club pick. Join Tea and a Book Club at A Perfect Day Cafe. We meet the last Monday of every month (unless that Monday falls on a holiday).

Storytime offers littles a chance to learn valuable early literacy skills that will support them not only as they learn to read, but forever as lifelong learners!

At Wild Things Story Time we will read books together, encourage the kids to discuss ideas and illustrations, sing nursery rhymes, enjoy a simple craft project, and possibly some other fun activities!

Dive in and learn about how pearls. How they are made and where they come from and then we will search for our own pearls and make bracelets or keychains with them. We will be getting wet during this program so please keep that in mind.

Scandalous books make for great discussion. Become a rebel reader and let's read banned and challenged books. This meeting we are going to discuss the book Lolita by Vladimir Nabokov.

This session of Kids in the Kitchen we will be making our own graham cracker ocean scene. This easy snack is fun for the whole family to make. Please register by June 27th at 9:00 PM. If you have any questions please contact Katie.

Join us on Tuesday nights for STEM Club! During the club children will participate in a different STEM activity each week. Our goal is to further their love and understanding of science, technology, engineering and math.
