Join the Jennings County Public Library at Stellar Plaza for our summer reading series with special guest Vernon Mayor, Wayne Zamora. The story will start at 6:00 PM. After the story, participants are welcome to ask questions, visit the WOW Bus, and pick up a craft. Library applications are offered on the WOW Bus. This is an outdoor event.
