Join the Jennings County Public Library at Stellar Plaza for our summer reading series with special guest Police Chief Messer. The story will start at 10:00 AM. After the story participants are welcome to ask questions, visit the WOW Bus, and pick up a craft. Library applications are offered on the WOW Bus. This is an outdoor event.
